Hale Iki is a one bedroom, one bath Kauai vacation cottage with a Japanese decor. The front porch with two teak chairs is located under the orchid festooned branches of a mango tree. In season, perfect mangos drape right over the chairs. This cottage is perfect for couples and honeymooners.

The living room's large L-shaped couch in this Kauai cottage is covered in Japanese kimono fabrics. A large teak armoire houses the television, stereo, and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything but a dishwasher. A teak table serves as the cottage's dining spot.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, bench, spaceous closet, small dresser and Asian kimono rack. The bathroom has a full tub and shower. Or use the outdoor shower under the banana trees and clean off with the birds.

Amenities include a fully equiped kitchen (no dishwasher) a stove/oven, microwave oven, television, DVD player, CD player, high speed wireless internet access, all linens, paper products, bath towels, shower gel, beach towels, laundry drying rack, (this cottage does Not have a washer/dryer) beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, charcoal barbeque (shared with the other cottage), cooler with blue ice, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, porta-crib, and booster seat, and everything else we could think of so you would only need to bring your clothes.

The garden receives as much attention as the cottages. Flowering vines drip from the fences, coconut leaves rustle in the wind , fruit hangs from the trees, orchids compete for your attention and a majestic banyan and 17 coconut palm trees stand guard over all. There is also a bamboo pavilion (shared with the other cottage) perfect for outdoor dining or just reading a book.
