1.	Please fill out this form, which will be emailed to ross@17palmskauai.com or call 17 Palms Kauai at 808-246-6799 or toll free at 1-888-PALMS-99 to confirm.
2.	After you have either verbal or written confirmation from us that we received your message you may mail your rental deposit check (sorry, we do not accept credit cards). 3.	As soon as we receive your payment, we will email you directions to the house, the lockbox combination and any other relevant information.

CHECK-IN is at 3:00 P.M. and CHECK-OUT is at 10:00 A.M. Local phone calls are free. Long distance calls are by credit card or collect.

We also ask everyone to respect the honored Hawaiian tradition of always REMOVING SHOES while in the house.

All rates are subject to change without notice

We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that the surrounding environment is as pleasing as possible. In the event of an equipment breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that televisions, appliances, etc. will not break down during your stay (especially with the unrelenting salt air) and therefore, no refunds or adjustments can be made for mechanical failure. We cannot take responsibility for any other unexpected situations beyond our control such as power outages, insects, roosters, weather, nearby construction and the like.
